Tempo Clamps offer a easy one-sided fastening solution for panels. Simply drill a hole in your workpieces — no receptacle to install on the other side. The single-sided convenience makes installation easy, especially in tight or limited spaces.
A single clamp will accommodate a wide range of panel thicknesses, reducing the need for many different fastener types. Tempo Clamps, for harsh assemblies, can deliver clamping forces of up to 40 kN, enabling high levels of compression of panels with minimal in terms of design requirements — only a hole is required.
For additional safety in high-vibration environments, the clamp can be supplied with a self-locking, double-slotted nut.
Every clamp typically has four contact balls to prevent surface damage. It may be hand-operated or tool-operated. Use of a torque wrench has the benefit of being able to accurately control the clamping force.
